The Monster Bash is Takoma Park's Halloween celebration starting with dancing and fun, followed by a Costume Parade and Contest, and ending with the Costume Award Ceremony and Celebration.

The full schedule includes:

1pm - 2pm: Live DJ, roving entertainment, Trunk-or-Treat, and a magic show

2pm - 2:30pm: Costume Contest & Parade. The parade travels down Piney Branch Road to Philadelphia Avenue, moving all the way to Maple Avenue in front of the Community Center.

2:30pm - 4pm: Live band and contest winners are announced
