Passengers will see a few friendly witches as they visit the Wilmington & Western Railroad for a ride on the Halloween train.
Passengers in costume ride for $10 on this one-hour round-trip to Mt. Cuba. Train departure times are as follows: 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm. Timed tickets must be purchased in advance.
