Springtime festivals galore are in full bloom in Los Angeles throughout April, from the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books to the California Poppy Festival. Kids can touch a truck - and a bunch of other vehicles - at the 3rd Annual Touch-A-Truck at Discovery Cube LA. Puppet is the word of the day at both Bob Baker Day and the Skirball's Puppet Festival.
